Feds will investigate Swarthmore College’s handling of sex assault cases

In May, we reported that students at Swarthmore College and three other institutions had filed complaints with the U.S. Department of Education over the institutions’ alleged mishandling of sexual misconduct cases.

San Jose students petition school for failure to punish pervy instructor
