The cost of a college degree in the U.S. hasn’t given students much to smile about lately. Tuition is rising, and aggregate student debt has surpassed $1.2 trillion.
And on top of that, off-campus housing prices have also been on the rise, making paying for college even more challenging.
Jordan Cohen, a senior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, thinks “companies are likely taking advantage of students” because they’re not experienced in the rental market.
