Of the 27.3 million projected eligible Latino voters for 2016, 44 percent of them are millennials.

Latino millennials make up almost half of the hispanic demographic, but with size not a guarantee for voter participation, organizations are creating get-out-the-vote apps, NBC News reported.
The National Council of La Raza teamed up with mitú to create the voter registration app Latinos Vote.
La Raza says it is a “nonpartisan voice for Latinos,” but its app suggests voting against a particular candidate. “Act now. Your voice matters. Do you want a border wall?” the description reads.
