Make sure to be in the “Free Speech” zone if you dare hand out the U.S. Constitution at this school.

ADF: Phoenix-area community college should teach free speech, not shut it down
PHOENIX – Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday on behalf of a student who is challenging a restrictive speech zone at Paradise Valley Community College. The college restricts students to one designated zone in which they can exercise their constitutionally protected freedom of speech and only with prior permission between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday if the zone is not already fully reserved.
“Colleges are supposed to be a place where ideas are freely shared, not gagged,” said ADF Senior Counsel Tyson Langhofer. “A college short-circuits its own purpose when it places its own restrictive speech rules above the freedoms that the First Amendment guarantees to students and all Americans.”

The Constitution is the law of the land. Don’t like that, then get out or amend it. Good luck with amending it. That Constitution is a contract between the people and the gov. Make that void and the remaining gov will not have the consent of the governed no matter how many libs want that. Remember how many patriots it took to start the war of independence? Remember what happened to the loyalists when the brits lost? Then I suggest that all the young pups get out their iphones and find out, because history repeats itself.
