College of Charleston Student Falls 6 Floors Trying to Spit on Party Below
The student is in critical condition.

SC college student falls 6 floors after trying to spit on party in apartments below, police say
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — A College of Charleston student is in critical condition after falling from the 6th floor of College of Charleston Campus Center Apartments early Sunday morning.
When officers with the Charleston Police Department arrived on scene, they found the 19-year-old victim laying on his back with a large laceration on his forehead. The victim was not talking but was breathing.
A witness told officers that the victim was yelling at a party on the second floor from the sixth floor.
The witness said that the victim leaned over the railing to spit on the group on the second floor and ended up falling and landing on his head.
