College Fires Prof Who Questioned Sandy Hook
This has been in the works for a while but now it’s official.

College Officially Fires Professor Who Questioned Sandy Hook
A Florida college has officially fired a professor who claimed the massacre of children at a Connecticut elementary school was staged.
Florida Atlantic University said in a release that School of Communication and Multimedia Studies professor James Tracy was served a notice of termination Tuesday. The school sent Tracy a notice of proposed discipline last month, with 10 days to respond. School officials didn’t say whether he responded.
Although the school gave no reason for the action, the parents of one student killed at Sandy Hook recently claimed in a Florida newspaper opinion piece that Tracy was taunting them.
Tracy was reprimanded in 2013 for writing in his blog that the Sandy Hook killing was staged, and he has questioned accounts of other mass slayings.

Questioning the veracity of government officials is a noble undertaking, provided that the argument presented is not in itself a disgrace to critical analysis. Despite my antipathy to the present Administration, I would have great difficulty believing that ordinary and dedicated law enforcement officers would for even a moment collaborate in a fraudulent scheme to “stage” the murder school children.
Education of our young and often exceedingly gullible college students is a serious duty, a challenge already jeopardized by just conventional “liberal” reasoning. To be an educator must still be deemed a noble occupation, despite modern-day departures, but outright craziness cannot and should not be deemed an acceptable aberration.
