Student Claims He Was Suspended For Having a Consensual Threesome
An acting student is suing his school after being suspended for violating the school’s sexual misconduct policy. The plaintiff claims he and two other students engaged in a consensual threesome. A participant of the consensual (so says the complaint) ménage à trois, a female, later complained to school officials who investigated the other two students, both male.

Student: I was suspended for having a consensual threesome
A Manhattan acting student is suing his arts college for suspending him after a consensual ménage à trois with two other students, according to court papers.
Plaintiff John Doe met Jane Doe during their freshman year of college at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, his Manhattan federal suit states.
“Jane Doe told Plaintiff she . . . wanted to have a ‘three-some,’ ” court papers say. So John, Jane and Richard Doe did the deed.
The female student later complained to the college, which opened an investigation that found both men had violated the school’s sexual-misconduct policy. They were kicked out of the school for two semesters and must complete sex-violence training and write an essay, the suit says.
But John and Richard have a recording of the woman telling both men after the sex session: “It was just a lot to handle . . . Both of you guys at one time. I mean damn. Maybe another time, but at different times.”
