These little petri dishes of progressivism we fondly refer to as “College” seem to be getting nastier by the week. What’s really happening on our college campuses?

Katie Jerkovich writes at The Grizz:

WTH Is Happening On College Campuses

Maybe when you went to college it was a place for free thinkers with exciting and challenging debates about the latest issue the country was facing. However, if you were to attend those same campuses today one would find a much different place. A place with words like trigger warnings and micro-aggression. A place where ideas and thoughts are shut down and safe-places are created so that students can’t be “harmed by words” that challenge their current way of thinking.

The latest attempt of this can be found in this report by the College Fix on the University of California’s new faculty training guide.

According to this guide these sayings would be considered micro-aggressions.

● “Everyone can succeed in this society, if they work hard enough.”

● “Where are you from or where were you born?”

● “Men and women can have equal opportunities for achievement.”

● “America is the land of opportunity.”

Speaking to the issue of what is happening on college campuses, Mary Katherine Ham and Guy Benson showed up on MSNBC’s Morning Joe to discuss their new book “End of Discussion.”
