University Diversity Officer Claims Minority Women Can’t be Racist
This would be the same woman who recently excluded whites and males from a diversity event.

University Diversity Officer: Minority Women Can’t Be Racist
A Goldsmiths University diversity officer who has faced accusations of racism after banning white people from an event has struck back with a bold claim: It’s literally impossible for a minority woman like herself to be racist.
Bahar Mustafa, a student who also serves as a welfare and diversity officer at the U.K.’s Goldsmiths, attracted widespread attention and condemnation several weeks ago when she planned an event on “diversifying” the school’s curriculum — and asked that white people and men not attend.

Bahar Mustafa, a student who also serves as a welfare and diversity officer at the U.K.’s Goldsmiths, attracted widespread attention and condemnation several weeks ago when she planned an event on “diversifying” the school’s curriculum — and asked that white people and men not attend.
“If you’ve been invited and you’re a man and/or white PLEASE DON’T COME just cos I invited a bunch of people and hope you will be responsible enough to respect this is a BME [Black and Minority Ethnic] Women and non-binary event only,” she said at the time. She later posted a photo of herself wiping away fake tears near a sign reading “NO White Cis Men Please.”
Now, after being scrutinized by both U.K. and U.S. media, Mustafa is fighting back. In a statement she read aloud to a gathering of Goldsmiths students, Mustafa said racism is a one-way street.

For a decade I worked in East Asia. The clear majority of the times I was the only caucasian of any gender in the building. Does this mean that my Asian colleagues were automatically racist because they were of the majority? Does it mean I was oppressed and discriminated against because I was the only minority? To both questions, a resounding No! As far as Mustafa is concerned, is she a minority wherever she goes? Can she possibly, just maybe, be a racist in a place or culture where she is in the majority? Of course it is possible.
This particular argument has been circulating on the Left for several years now. As is the case for most of the Left’s arguments, it is entirely specious.
She is doing a spot-on impersonation of a stupid racist idiot!
That’s just what racists do. They come up with self-serving racist excuses to justify wallowing in and expressing their hate.
If you think you can’t be a racist because of your race, you’re a racist.
