Family Sues Teacher, School Board for $3 Million for ‘Malicious Sexual Contact’ with Son
Remember the 17-year old who received oral sex from his 22-year old substitute teacher on her first day of work? Well, a month after this, the family is now suing the teacher and the D.C. school board.

Family Of 17-Year-Old Male Student Who Received Oral Sex From Teacher Now Wants $3 Million
Earlier this month, Symone Greene, a 22-year-old substitute teacher at Options Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., allegedly provided oral sex to a 17-year-old male student on the first day of her teaching assignment, in her classroom, right behind the teacher’s desk.
As a result of the frisky encounter, the family of the 17-year-old male student has now filed a $3 million lawsuit, NBC Washington reports.
The impressively-quickly-filed lawsuit claims that Greene, a substitute English teacher, made malicious contact with the student.
The suit names Greene, the current managers of Options Charter, the Washington, D.C. Public Charter School Board and SOS Personnel, the company that hired Greene, as defendants.

I doubt if the sexes had been reversed that any news outlet would have described the incident as “frisky.”
As someone that was once a 17 year old male, unless he was gay he loved every second of it. No damages, no tort.
