LAWSUIT: University of Michigan Kicked Out Student Over Trumped Up Rape Charges
The Detroit Free Press reports:
Student Drew Sterrett was railroaded out of the University of Michigan on trumped-up rape allegations for which he was never criminally charged, according to a federal lawsuit.
Sterrett claims the school, which is under federal investigation for its handling of sexual assaults, denied his due process rights at nearly every step in the internal university discipline process. He was suspended from school and is eligible to be reinstated in 2016.
“The University of Michigan has just decided to stop providing these students charged with sex assaults their due process rights,” Sterrett’s attorney, Deborah Gordon, told the Free Press. “Are they looking for facts or are they sticking with their preconceived ideas. It has to be the latter. They ignored the facts.”

You have a son, if he has the grades, try to send him either to Hillsdale or to Deep Springs (http://deepsprings.edu). Find an all male school, if there is such a thing, and send him there. I’m a woman appalled by what is happening to young men at universities. Guys, if you insist on going to a co-ed school, stay celibate. The bimbos on campus have taken Catherine MacKinnon to heart: all sex is rape.
Staying celibate and chaste is not enough. One of my coworkers was accused of sexual harassment by one of the women.
She made it all up. Her parents wanted her to work for the summer, she did not want to. She picked out the one she thought would never fight back. Practically the whole crew leapt to his defense.
Well, she got her wish. She did not have to finish working the summer.
