Just last November, the College Republicans of Fordham University were bullied into disinviting Ann Coulter from speaking on campus.

Somehow it was OK for noted abortionist Peter Singer to speak on Fordham’s Catholic campus a short time later.

Just last week, I wrote a post about Ann Coulter’s upcoming appearance at Syracuse and asked if Syracuse would stand up to the leftist bullies who abhor free speech and the free exchange of ideas.

Well, here you go.

College Republicans should ‘disinvite’ Ann Coulter for her tasteless remark about Meghan McCain

To the Editor:

The College Republicans at Syracuse University are bringing conservative pundit, author and columnist Ann Coulter to the Syracuse University campus April 24. The event is entitled “How the Liberal Mob is Endangering America, A Lecture by Ann Coulter.” Coulter hides behind a veil of punditry, opinion and humor but her polemic comments and written works cannot be taken as serious, informed political commentary. Nor should they be advertised as such. The College Republicans should respectfully rescind their invitation.

Unfortunately for the left, they ran out of luck this time…

UPDATE 5:20 p.m.: There are no more tickets available for the Ann Coulter talk.

College Insurrection will try to post the video of Ann Coulter’s speech when it’s available.
